Data Handling and Storage


The website uses secure https encryption to transmit all data across the internet. You can see the as most browsers will display a 'padlock' like icon at or near the website in the address bar. The website and database is hosted on servers in the US, whilst user uploaded files are hosted on file storages servers in Sydney, Australia. The database, file storage and servers are encrypted and protect by firewalls and backed up regularly. Your password is not stored on any server but encrypted and stored as a hash on the database. Credit Card details ARE NOT stored, seen or handled on our servers. Your credit card details and payments are handled by stripe.com which adheres to PCI compliancy standards.
